Being laughed at the year before for sounding more like a cat than a lion in his schools 13th Annual Presbyterian Church Preschool Circus, Carlos Whittaker was nervous of what role he would get this year. As described in his book Moment Maker, Carlos says Ms. Stephens began handing out roles and it was at this moment his life would change forever. Instead of being a background character, he was given the position of Ring Master, the leader of the circus.
